1031 Exchange Fee Schedule

At Discount 1031 Exchange we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service at the lowest possible cost. Our fees are among the lowest in the industry, and there is no up-front charge to establish a 1031 exchange with us. You will not incur any costs until the closing of your relinquished property, at which time the base fee is collected. Any additional fees incurred in the exchange process are collected at the closing of your replacement property.

The following is a list of our most common fees:

Basic (Forward/Delayed) Exchange Fee

No Interest Earned on Account Balance:   $ 595
Interest Earned on Account Balance:       $ 795     (interest rate subject to market fluctuations)

Reverse or Improvement Exchange Fees

Reverse and improvement (construction) exchanges are each unique in their structure and complexity, resulting in a wide variation of costs for such exchanges. Please contact us for a quote specific to your exchange circumstances.

Additional Exchange Fees

Payment Processing/each payment:   $35
  (excluding purchase or final refund)

Additional Replacement Property:       $100
  (applicable to each replacement property after 1st)

Expedited Exchange Setup:           $200
  (same day or next business day)
