1031 Exchange Charges

There is no up front charge to establish a 1031 exchange with Discount1031Exchange.com. One-half of the basic fee is assessed at the time of closing on the relinquished property, and one-half (plus any additional property fees) upon the closing of the replacement property. If after we have prepared the documents for the first leg, you decide not to complete the exchange, or to terminate our services as Intermediary prior to a sale taking place, you will be assessed a small cancellation fee as indicated below.
