Discount 1031 Exchange Staff

Brian Greene, JD, graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science, and minors in Business, English and Psychology, followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. After passing the bar, he spent three years as a staff attorney with Sundquist Homes, Inc., Lynnwood, WA, a real estate development firm, where he directed the company’s legal affairs, including the regulatory compliance of major development projects. Subsequently, Mr. Greene took a position as general counsel and development manager for a Provo, UT based real estate development and holding company, before setting up his own law practice in 2000, where he focused on real estate transactions, construction, development, title insurance, and financing issues. In addition to his present role with Discount 1031 Exchange, Mr. Greene is affiliated with RealtyNet Advisor, Inc., a real estate principal and advisory firm.
