Discount 1031 Exchange - Employee BrianBrian Greene, JD, graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science, and minors in Psychology, English and Business followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. After passing the bar, he worked as a staff attorney with Sundquist Homes, Inc., Lynnwood, WA, a real estate development firm, where he directed the company’s legal affairs and ensured that development projects complied with all land use and environmental regulations, and managed development projects through the land entitlement process. Subsequently, Mr. Greene took a position as general counsel and development manager for a Provo, UT based residential and commercial real estate development and holding company, before setting up his own law practice in 2000, focusing on real estate transactions, construction, development, title insurance, and financing issues. Before joining Discount1031Exchange.com, Mr. Greene joined RealtyNet Advisor, Inc., a real estate principal and advisory firm.

Discount 1031 Exchange - Employee DianeDianne L. Singleton, BS, graduated from Utah Valley Community College with an Associates of Applied Science with emphasis in Math, as well as an Associates of Science in Accounting. She continued her education at Utah State University where she obtained a BS in Accounting, graduating in 1992. While attending UVCC, Ms. Singleton served as the President of the newly formed UVCC Chapter of the Certified Managerial Accountants (CMA). She has spent her career working in various facets of accounting from Non-Profit to Public to Private industry, serving on boards, as well as setting up entities, and most recently as accountant for RealtyNet Advisors, Inc., a real estate principal and advisory firm.

Discount 1031 Exchange - Employee BrianRaylene Jorgenson, studied management at Brigham Young University, and is both a licensed real estate agent and a licensed mortgage loan originator. Mrs. Jorgenson's career has given her experience in a wide variety of disciplines within the real estate and legal professions. Her background includes six years in business accounting, and the establishment of a 501(c)3 non-profit credit counseling service (which she maintained for three years before selling it). In addition to her professional achievements, she has served for almost 30 years on volunteer boards that include a local education board, a vacation property owners association, the Total Health Foundation board, and the American Fork Arts Council (AFAC). While serving at AFAC, she founded another 501(c)3 non-profit support entity-the Timpanogos Arts Foundation (TAF)-and is currently volunteering on that board. Her wealth of experience is invaluable to her position as our 1031 Process Manager.
